On September 30th, we will be observing Orange Shirt Day – Every Child Matters. This day is a time to honor the survivors of residential schools, remember those who never returned home, and acknowledge the ongoing healing journey of Indigenous communities. Wearing an orange shirt symbolizes our commitment to learning the truth, showing respect, and standing together in the spirit of reconciliation. We encourage everyone to wear orange on this day to show support and raise awareness. Let us come together as a community to reflect, listen, and learn. Every child matters – yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Thank you for joining us in honoring this important day.
