Mr. Gleason's Senior High Knowledge Bowl wrapped up their season today. Students work in teams of four or five to answer trivia questions of multiple subjects. It has been an absolute pleasure to coach these energetic, competitive students! Thank you for your dedication and hard work!

NK, Greenway and Grand Rapids Indian Education programs
held a family event tonight at MT. Itasca.
NKHS Ojibwe Language Classes had the opportunity to sample crickets. We watched a video about Indigenous Foods from Owamni Foods in Minneapolis, MN. Ms.Carrigan decided to order some treats to sample. There were definitely some mixed reviews from students and staff.

Location: Greenway High School Auditorium
Time: Busses will leave Nashwauk High School at approx. 8:45 am. The assembly will last about 2 hours, and students will be back in Nashwauk at approx. 11:00 am.
Transportation: Students will be bussed to and from Nashwauk High School to Greenway High School. Students are not to drive personal vehicles.

Nashwauk-Keewatin Public Schools will have a two hour late start on Tuesday, February 18th. Buses will run two hours later than normal. The buildings will not be open until 9:45 am when staff are scheduled to arrive.
